Emmanuel Supernatural House of Prayer welcomes all seeking God’s love, grace, and mercy. Doors are open to every soul welcoming Jesus in their hearts.

Emmanuel House of Prayer is a place to worship the one true God; to provide for Christian fellowship for those of like precious faith irrespective of social position or worldly possessions and for the propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ both in home and foreign lands.

Our Vision
Emmanuel Supernatural House of Prayer's vision is to create an atmosphere of transformation through preaching the gospel and demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit. We envision a community where lives are renewed, hearts are healed, and faith is strengthened through the supernatural presence of God.

Our aim and determination are to see the life of men being developed holistically through discipline and biblical mentorship. We believe in nurturing individuals to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally, leading to a fulfilling and purpose-driven life.

Our Mission
The mission of Emmanuel Supernatural House of Prayer is rooted in the words of Jesus in Luke 19:10, where He said, "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost." We are committed to seeking out those who are lost, broken, and in need of spiritual restoration.

We fulfill our mission by transforming lives through the preaching and teaching of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, as commanded in Matthew 28:19-20: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."

Furthermore, we rely on the power of the Holy Spirit, as described in Acts 2:1-4, 6, 13-18, to guide us in our ministry. We believe in the manifestation of spiritual gifts and the empowerment of believers to impact their communities and the world.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

About God
Central to our faith is the belief in one true God, the Creator and Ruler of the universe. This God
exists in a unique and profound way, as three distinct yet inseparable Persons: God the Father,
the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

About Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, co-equal with the Father. He was born of a
virgin, lived a sinless human life, and sacrificed Himself for the sins of all people by dying on
the cross. I believe that Christ rose from the dead, ascended to God the Father, and is now seated
at His right hand, making intercession for the saints as our High Priest. He will return for the
"dead in Christ," who will be resurrected bodily, and for those who are alive at His coming.

About the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit, who is co-equal with the Father and the Son, plays a vital role in our faith. He
resides in every Christian from the moment of salvation, empowering them to live according to
spiritual truths and guiding them in ways that please God. He also bestows a unique spiritual gift
upon every believer at the time of their salvation. The filling of the Holy Spirit is an ongoing
process that can happen at any point in a believer's life, and it is not a second work of grace.

About the Bible
We believe in the verbal inspiration of all Scripture as initially written by human authors under
the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the final authority for faith and practice. The
Bible is the word of God; therefore, it is infallible and without error.

About Salvation
We believe we are saved and justified when we recognize ourselves as sinners and put our trust
in Christ as the Son of God and His finished work on the cross of Calvary. Salvation is
conditioned solely upon grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

About Human Beings
We believe people are created in God's spiritual image to reflect His character. Humans are
God's supreme creation. Despite having the potential for good, all mankind is tainted by a
rebellious attitude towards God, known as sin. As a result, everyone inherits a corrupt nature and
is considered a lost sinner in need of salvation.

About Eternity
We believe that people were designed to exist eternally. Individuals will either exist eternally
separated from God due to sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be
eternally separated from God is to experience Hell, while eternal life is to be in union with Him.
Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence.

The Reverend Tafari Lennon Cunningham, a highly esteemed Pastor and founder of the Emmanuel Supernatural House of Prayer in Miramar, Florida, embarked on a profoundly personal journey to ministry at the age of 23. This journey was sparked by a significant event when a prophet in Jamaica named Maurice Perry, prophesied on a bus that Rev. Tafari Cunnigham was called to preach the word of God. This profound encounter led him to enroll in the bible school, Deeper Life School of Evangelism, in Lagos, Nigeria. He attended the satellite campus in Jamaica, where his love for the scriptures and his passion for spreading the gospel intensified. He preached his first sermon in August 2008. Reverend Cunningham is married to the love of his life, Saran Earle-Cunningham, and they are proud parents of six children.

Reverend Cunningham's ministry is deeply rooted in his firm belief in the life-transforming power of the Word of God. His unwavering commitment to preaching, teaching, and living by its principles is inspiring and hopeful for many. His mission is to bring salvation and deliverance to those in need, guided by his unshakeable faith in the truth of God's word.

Before becoming the Pastor of Emmanuel Supernatural House of Prayer, he was the Pastor of the Freedom Evangelical Association in Strathbogie, Westmoreland. He has also held other pastoral
positions in Jamaica.

Reverend Cunningham's ministry extends beyond the pulpit. He actively serves as a counselor, offering valuable guidance and direction to those in need. His confidence, love, and dedication are widely recognized, and he has founded the Breakthrough International Prayer Line (now known as Emmanuel Supernatural Prayer Line), a testament to his commitment to offering hope through weekly prayers. Beyond his pastoral responsibilities, Reverend Cunningham invests significant time with his family, imparting God's principles to his children and establishing anoutreach program to support the youths in his community. His leadership style is centered on nurturing others' passions through encouragement, motivation, and a deep belief in God's purpose for their lives.
